Upon legitimate account termination by jl50 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any withholding required under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl50's support team. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or rights that accrued prior to closure.

Nothing in this Section limits your right to bring proceedings in a competent Philippine court of law.

Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — jl50 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the amendment takes effect.
